refund policy

Buy with confidence from K9 Salute: If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, please let us know and we’ll try to make things right, arrange an exchange, or issue a full refund of the purchase price. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-10 business days of receiving your shipment. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We are not able to accept any returns more than 30 days after the original purchase date, except at the discretion of our customer service team. Return processing fees may be applied, and return shipping costs will not be covered, on any returns made after 30 days.

If you purchased directly at k9salute.com in the past 30 days:

•Please email k9salutetreats@gmail.com to request a free return shipping label.

•Ship the product back to us in its original packaging using the free shipping label provided.

•We will credit the payment method originally used to make the purchase, or send you a refund check, if you prefer.

•Please allow 2 weeks for your return to be processed. Some payment methods take longer than others for the refund to show up, after it has been issued by us.

•Refunds will be issued for the item’s actual purchase price. Unfortunately we are not able to refund original shipping charges.

Products purchased through a special sale are not eligible for refunds.
